How to PrePay for upcoming orders.

Hello, Typically WE DO NOT let you pay for items until they have landed at the Shark Tank but when orders have been paid for, and are getting ready to arrive and are in route already we do take pre orders if were not weighted down with shipping and other things going on?

Getting Started

OK super easy to prepay just send a email here: Sharkarmory556@gmail.com put in the title prepay for  "item" and we will send you a invoice when we check our emails that simple. If wanting to phone in and prepay just call :708-308-5258 and someone will be glad to help.

How long to expect the wait time?

No worries there we typically don't make prepays go longer the 2 weeks typically its 3 to 5 days with a max of 14 unless stated otherwise.

How to place a order

You can place an order one of two ways: Either online over our email or you can call us at the numbers here. Credit cards accepted via phone!

Online ordering

The easiest way to order is online. Simply send us an email at Sharkarmory556@gmail.com and tell us what you want and how many. We will send you a payable invoice through Paypal business. No account needed.

Call in with your credit card.

You can reach us at 708-308-5258 OR 708-567-7836. 

Simply call in have your credit card ready and tell us what you need. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, then again when it ships.

After ordering now what?

Typically after your order has been placed we will send you a receipt if paying by credit card. It takes about 3 business days for us to get your order pulled, packed and shipped. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking notice via USPS priority mail website.

How does my order ship & with what carrier?

Your order will be wrapped or packaged securely for transport and  will get shipped Priority mail via USPS. If that doesn't work for you, we can also send it FedEx. Please contact us if other arrangements must be made.

Customer satisfaction & refunds

Customer Satisfaction is our main priority and we strive to meet that on a daily basis. We did not get this far by not listening to our customers. If items are not exactly how you expected them, we will replace them. If we cannot send a replacement product or if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, then a refund will be considered on a case by case basis.
