How to place a order

BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER PLEASE READ:

We have whats called a lead time, that is the time from when the order is placed, until the time the order is finally pulled and prepared for shipping. Our Lead time is usually 4 to 5 "BUSINESS DAYS" that excludes holidays and weekends. Currently right now we are running 7 to 10 business days. Please DO NOT ORDER if your not willing to wait for it. We do apologize but we are short handed right now, and weather has also pulled us behind as well.

Please note some packages will ship sooner, and some later this is our average wait time.

Online ordering for UPS ETC..

We have had some changes to our shipping policy, prices at the end of 2021 have gone up, instead of raising our prices were going to cut back on a lot of free shipping. We will still offer some items as SHIPPED FREE but only when stated. We hope this is the only change we have to make in our pricing structure.We now offer UPS and we charge 10.00 in most cases, we pay any costs after the customer pays the 10.00 we are responsible for the rest, unless Ammunition or Magazines. Then if ordering ammo or mags no matter the carrier the customer ALWAYS pays actual shipping charges for those 2 items, unless otherwise stated in our ad. We reserve the right to charge anyone shipping for their order at anytime. This is ONLY A PROMO we are offering temp.

After ordering now what?

Typically after your order has been placed we will send you a receipt if paying by credit card. It takes about 3 to 6 business days for us to get your order pulled, packed and shipped, as mentioned above our times are a bit longer then this. Once your order is getting ready to be shipped you will receive a tracking notice via USPS priority mail website, or via ups notification email as well. If you want to pay the SAC Fee for UPS Shipping we only charge you 9.99 for the upgraded shipping.

How does my order ship & with what carrier?

Your order will be wrapped or packaged securely for transport and will get shipped Priority mail via USPS or via UPS If that doesn't work for you, we can also send it FedEx. Please contact us if other arrangements must be made.

Customer satisfaction & refunds

Customer Satisfaction is our main priority and we strive to meet that on a daily basis. We did not get this far by not listening to our customers. If items are not exactly how you expected them, we will replace them. If we cannot send a replacement product or if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, then a refund will be considered on a case by case basis.All refunds are subject to a 15% restocking fee, cancelled orders will be also subject to a 20% fee for charges and listing and CC fees that do occur for S.A.C all charges are based on a order by order basis. We strive to get these orders out as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind folks, WHEN WE RECEIVE EMAILS ASKING WHERE MY ORDER IS, OR WHEN IS IT GOING TO SHIP it gets very redundant when all this info is all over our website. We also send payment instructions to every customer with this same info so please keep that in mind before you order. How to PrePay for upcoming orders.

Hello, Typically WE DO NOT let you pay for items until they have landed at the SharkS but when orders have been paid for Ie you already have a existing order and wanted to pre pay for items about to land we do take pre orders if were not weighted down with shipping and other things going on? The type of parts we deal in can take lengthy times to restock or receive, if we cannot fill that order for any reason then a refund will be given less the 15% fee, if the order can be filled and the customer still wants to cancel for any reason then the deposit for the item will be kept by SAC INC. Technically all orders are final once there placed, unless it's up to the discretion of management of SAC. We judge everything on a case by case order, our goal is to get the customer there item case closed, but things do occur, and we are here to work with you, at the same time recouping our loses and restocking fees, if you have any concerns please ask before placing a order and we will define those for you. One last thing I almost forgot, we only hold prepay orders or any order for a max limit of 90 days. That means if you decide to send us funds for prepay and or need us to hold your item after payment has been made, it's up to you as the customer, to make plans with us to hold that order for you. We are not responsible in contacting you asking what's going on, you are to make plans with us when you will be wanting the order shipped, or when you will be paying for that item so we can ship! If we hear nothing, you have 90 days from initial contact when order was placed or the order is canceled, the part or parts go back in inventory for general sale again, and it is NOT OUR RESPONSIBILITY to contact you, it is yours to contact us. Apologies if that sounds harsh but to many people leave there stuff with us and then come back 6 monts later like hey? What do you mean you didn't hold it. Getting Started

OK super easy to prepay just send a email here: Sharkarmory556@gmail.com put in the title prepay for "item" and we will send you a invoice when we check our emails that simple. If wanting to phone in and prepay just call :708-308-5258 and someone will be glad to help.

How long to expect the wait time?

No worries there we typically don't make prepays go longer the 2 weeks typically its 3 to 5 days with a max of 14 unless stated otherwise.

We are tirelessly working on finding parts for our customers, now that we have established a good customer base our family of clone builders is huge, and we can literally sell a rack of parts in a few hours on some days?
